Issue Description

When Huawei IP phone make a call, the call cannot be established to Cisco Ip phone.
this case is using an AR150 router as a PBX.

Topology:

Handling Process

Capture packets at both sides and the result was Ip phone Cisco send a 404 server not found message after the invite message form the AR according to SIP protocol:

Root Cause

The Cisco Ip phone no answer to invite request from AR150:

eSpace 7900 series IP phone cannot make calls to Cisco IP phone.-1760599-3

Solution

Adjust parameters in Cisco IP phone because not answer this invitation request.
After adjust the SIP parameters Cisco in IP phone, the call can be succesfull made it.

For this type of issue, it is very usefull to capture packets in order to define wich side is the problem and take proper measures in order to solve the problem.
