Handling Process
1.
Check the register info , it was correct
2. Capture network package in IP
phone side, and found that IP phone send register request info , but didn't
received 200 OK feedback from SIP server
3. Capture network package in SIP
server side, and found that SIP server received the request info, and send the
200 OK info
4. So it's due to the network problem, because customer do not
allowed to capture more packages on switch, they changed the network structure
directly, then the problem has been solved.
Root Cause
1.
It may due to the register info was not correct.
2. IP phone didn't send
register messages
3. SIP server didn't received the messages
4. SIP server
has received the register messages, but didn't do any response
5. SIP server
has responded, but IP phone didn't received
Suggestions
When IP phone show No service , that means IP phone didn't
register on SIP server successful, then we can follow this step to
troubleshooting.
