Is there any difference in the SNMP configuration between the devices on Dept A and Dept B?
Check whether the SNMP source VLAN interface of department B is correctly configured.

My Problem is Solved !!
My Solution = Change esight ip address
How ? --
1- Open Suse Terminal
2- ossuser@eSight-SUSE:/opt/eSight/mttools/tools> ./ipchange.sh --->>Run eSight IP Address Tool
3- Change other network card address
