eSight on a Windows Server Failover Cluster?

We are running eSight V300R006C00SPC502 (with patch) on a Huawei RH1288H-V3 server with Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter.
There is a second, identical Huawei RH1288H-V3 server available.
Can we run a single eSight application with MySQL on a geographically split Windows Server Failover Cluster?
