[eSight] missing buttons from the taskbar

Issue Description

Customer is using eSight V300R006C00SPC212 and he claims that the Create, Delete, Export and other buttons are missing from the taskbar.

Solution

After checking with customer, the user changed the authentication type to LDAP and local. When the authentication type is changed to LDAP, the buttons are not present anymore because there is no need to use them. Only when login is done with local the buttons are there.
