Hello,


How to transfer licenses from version V300R009C00SPC200 to eSight version 21?

Because of the end of flash support we would like to move to the new version.


I have found on this forum that I should use https://app.huawei.com/isdp/ but this site is not working. 


After openning the site, this is what i see

Hi,
Can you please flush the cache and cookie first, then press F12, and switch the navigation to the network, and press F5 to reload the page, and review whether there are any error logs under the network tab or the console tab.
