esight issue

hello


i have esight version V300R010C00CP5031 

when i access the report page i get an error with operation failed  reason no right or license 

however iam using the admin user which have all privellage

i checked the doc and there is no license for the report and regarding the privellage we alreay use the admin user ,

also i suspected that the report componant not installed but the report tab already appear in the esight gui


can you please advice what can cause such issue

Hi friend!
The eSight report function communicates with the eSight platform through authentication. If the IP address of eSight is not allowed to access eSight, the authentication between the eSight report function and eSight fails, and the report page cannot be accessed.
When setting up the client IP address limit, you need to add the IP address of eSight to the trust list that can be accessed so that the user cannot use the report function.

Hi friend!

1. Choose System > System Management > User Management from the main menu.

2. In the navigation tree on the left, choose User.

3. Click in the Operation column where the user information is located.

4. In the User Name column, click a user name.

5. On the displayed page, click the Access Control Policies tab and view Policy Name and IP Address Range of the user.

Add in IP Address Range of the user.
