We just downloaded the eSight ISO eSight_V300R010C00SPC635_EulerOS_x86_64.iso and when installing, we got stuck with an error in "Software Selection". How should we deal with it?

Hi milanpwc,
eSight_V300R010C00SPC635_EulerOS_x86_64.iso cannot be installed directly. You need to install eSight_V300R010C00SPC600_EulerOS_x86_64.iso first, and then install eSight_V300R010C00SPC635_EulerOS_x86_64.iso

I do not think this is the case.

It seems the ISO for V300R010C00SPC635 on the download portal is corrupted, because the previous version V300R010C00SPC634 worked flawlessly.

Please download the software from the support-e website again, and install it strictly according to the patch installation instructions.

Hi,

Have you checked the required resources are available in terms of memory, storage, CPU cores?
Secondly, also check MD5 to make sure the software you downloaded is a complete software without any issues.
