eSight doesnt see switch by SNMP

Hi !

I have server with eSight and switch S5700-52X-PWR-LI-AC

Switch has config snmp
[test]di acl 2001
Basic ACL 2001, 4 rules
Acl's step is 5
rule 5 permit source x.x.x.x 0 (match-counter 132)

snmp-agent
snmp-agent acl 2001
snmp-agent local-engineid 800007DB03845B124E18A7

snmp-agent trap enable

Problem:  when i use "Add Resource" (discovery protocol by snmp)  esight  cant adds the switch (see attachments) Why?

Can you ping eSight from device and ping device from eSight?

Try this one

snmp-agent sys-info version all
snmp-agent mib-view included iso-view iso
snmp-agent community read cipher xxxxxx mib-view iso-view
snmp-agent target-host trap address udp-domain 10.x.x.x params securityname eSight@123 v2c

hi, please advise I cannot ping from device to esight and vice versa. I am using the same switch mentioned above { s5700-52x-pwr-li-ac I tried , trunk and access port on the switch. is there any config to be done on the interface of the esight server? regards, pro
