eSight displays a message indicating that the device information fails to be queried

eSight reports a device information query failure.

The session timeout interval is changed to 2 minutes
The default interval for pinging devices between eSight and devices is 5 minutes, but the storage session timeout interval is changed to 2 minutes. As a result, eSight reports an alarm indicating that the device query fails.
