Issue Description
The eSight can’t start, it stopped at 0%.

Handling Process
1. Run command “net user ossuser” to check whether there was someone who changed the ossuser’s password. It shows that the password changed yesterday.<?xml:namespace prefix = "o" />

2. After changing the password of the ossuser user, you must modify the server connection information to ensure proper communication between the server and maintenance tool.
Root Cause
The customer changed ossuser's password but didn't change the password on the Server Manager page.
