Esight can't retrieve CPU...

Esight can't retrieve CPU and Memory information and also can 't identify the model of the router (identify as Huawei device)

Hello ,, I recently added AR6280 V300R019C00SPC200 to the esight V3R8C0SPC206 , but i have  some issues that i cannot retrieve the AR cpu and memory information also it shows Huawei device not the exact model AR6280, what could be the reason? another thing the AR is connected with switch and it shows 2 links between them one by the physical interface another one through the VLAN interface is it normal....


for TS done

i checked the connectivity it is ok AR can ping esight.

checked the SNMP config it is correct


your advice is highle appriciated thanks.

Hi @user_3635466,
The mapping between AR6280 V300R019 software versions and NMS version V300R008 is not correct.
From the documentation, the corresponding eSight version should be V300R010 when adding the AR router version V300R019.

you should also check the eSight performance setting. and add device threshold values
