eSight Backup Cisco Device Configuration Fails

The backup configuration may fail for the following reasons:
1.The privilege password in Telnet parameters on Sight differs from that configured on the devices during configuration file backup of Cisco devices.
2.Check whether file prompt quiet or file prompt noisy is configured for Cisco devices. If yes, the system does not prompt you to set the transfer configuration path during the execution of the configuration file obtaining command.
