1.1 eSight-based One-Click Log Collection

Currently, eSight does not support log collection. The one-click log collection process on the eSight is similar to that on the Web LMT.

1.2 NIC-based One-Click Log Collection

Step 1      Log in to the U2000, and choose Maintenance > Network Information Collection, as shown in the following figure.

If the CPU usage of an AirNode is high, control flow will be performed for O&M-related tasks, such as tracing and logging, to ensure stable service running. The flow control mechanism is as follows:

If the CPU usage of platform tracing and performance monitoring is higher than 70%, flow control is triggered and the tracing task is deleted. Accordingly, the task on the U2000 or Web LMT is suspended. After the CPU usage falls below 70%, flow control is canceled, and the tracing tasks need to be manually restarted.

Flow control also applies to the S1, X2, and Uu interfaces. If the CPU usage is higher than 70%, data is not reported during S1, X2, or Uu interface tracing. If it becomes lower than 50%, data reporting automatically restores. Therefore, if the CPU usage ranges from 50% to 70%, a tracing task may be successfully started but the tracing data on the S1, X2 or Uu interface may not be reported.

1.3 Software Version Information Collection

Step 1      On the U2000, choose Maintenance > MML Command, as shown in the following figure.

Step 2      On the displayed MML Command tab page, select the target eAN3810A, and run the LST SWP command, as shown in the following figure.

In the LST SWP command output, the version for which Version Status is Running is the in-use version of the eAN3810A.
