This post will tell you one issue for error while loading software package to OSN 3500.
Problem description:
Error reported while loading the soft package to OSN 3500.
Handling procedure:
Check the task created found OK. from DC Tool also check the task previously created. found one old task was created which was not successful.
Root cause:
The new task was not running the loading of package because old task was their which unsuccessful previously. Due to 2 tasks created on one NE on same DC Tool, the software not started loading operation.
Solution:
Delete the old unsuccessful task and then tried to restart the new task. Task completed successfully.
