This post is about an error when trying to add the FusionCompute client into eSight.

I received an error when trying to add a FusionCompute 6.3 into eSight. I added all the necesarry data, both in the FusionCompute client and in eSight and I received an error about the fact that 'the communication is abnormal'.

Hello!

FusionCompute 6.3 is not supported by any eSight version.

eSight V300R010C00SPC200 is the latest released version, you can check at the bottom of the page in the Documentation section - file eSight V300R010C00SPC200 Supported Devices (Huawei). There you can find all the supported devices.

https://support.huawei.com/enterprise/en/network-management/esight-pid-9184477/software/23193139

In the Excel file, go to the Virtual Resource (FS&FC) sheet.

error about "the communication is abnormal" most probably mean the connection between esight server and VRM is not exist or not stable, so you can start with ping the IP of esight OS from VRM and ping the VRM IP from the esight server to confirm this point
