When creating the PV Plant in FusionSolar, the error 'The format of the camera address is incorrect' may happen to appear at the last step.
In order to solve it you need to clear the browsing history and cache from Internet Explorer, as follows: select Tools > Internet Options. Click on the General tab and then the Delete button.
Make sure to uncheck Preserve Favorites website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies, then click Delete.
After this operation has been performed, log in again to FusionSolar using the link https://intl.fusionsolar.huawei.com and create your plant again.
