Hi all，

One of our engineers reported that one S5700S-28P-LI-AC failed to start after being powered on. After logging in to the device through the console, we got the following information:

fault chip

Hello,
The message "Error: PHY chip(Unit=0, Port=xx)initialization fails" indicates that the internal PoE module is faulty.
Please contact your supplier or Huawei TAC to create a repair order.
