Error message "Do not use IP addresses to make calls" is displayed on the SMC

The error may be related to the MCU and SC. 

Allow unknown calls parameter to determine whether an IP address can make calls. If you want to use the IP address to make calls, enable the parameter. 

The MCU parameters are as follows:
