Hi Guys!

i have USG 6330 Firewall. License Expired. and We got a new License.

My Problem;

1

As I understand it, a different serial number was entered while creating the license file.

I'm starting to change the license key process. but it doesn't give me a revoked code as the device hasn't received the new license yet.

I think I need an expert!

Hi Abdussamed,
According to the screenshot, the ESN of your license file does not match that of your device. The Forum cannot apply for a license file and license revocation code for you. To obtain a new license file and license revocation code, contact the TAC.
