Error in setting up Cloud Desktop

I cannot connect to the Windows Cloud Desktop through my Huawei laptop. I am getting an error that no resources are available. Does anyone have any idea about setting up? Is there anything I am doing wrong? Please do help if someone can solve this issue. I have everything seemingly in place, and my active directory server is up and working smoothly.

If the message "No available resources" is displayed, the possible causes are as follows:

1. No resource is allocated to the user.

Check whether a VM is assigned to your account.

2. The WI address used by the user to log in is incorrect.

3. The relationship between the VM and domain account in the DDC is abnormal.

Check whether the lower domain account has been deleted.
