Latest reply: Nov 5, 2014 14:35:16 10054 1 0 0

Hi Dear,

I have Quidway S2700-26TP-SI-AC switch. I am able to ping the switch on configured IP but not able to access switch using Web Interface.

I see http server is disabled as shown below:

 undo http server enable
 http secure-server port 8080
 undo http secure-server enable

When I tried to enable the secure server and http server, I am getting below error:

[Quidway]http secure-server enable
Error: Failed to start the HTTP server.
[Quidway]

Could you please help me to enable secure server and http server in this switch.

Thanks & Regards,

Sunil Bale

I got it, web.Zip file is already there. Get the file name with Below command:

<Quidway>dir
Directory of flash:/
Idx  Attr     Size(Byte)  Date        Time(LMT)  FileName
    0  -rw-      6,595,876  Jan 01 2008 00:01:55   S2700SI-V100R006C05.CC
    1  -rw-        990,894  Jan 01 2008 00:06:31   S2700_V100R006SPH016.PAT
    2  -rw-        582,794  Jan 01 2008 00:06:49   S2700SI-V100R006C05.001.WEB.ZIP
    3  -rw-            812  Jan 01 2008 02:43:42   private-data.txt
    4  -rw-            120  Jan 01 2008 02:40:20   vrpcfg.zip
    5  -rw-             36  Jan 01 2008 00:09:23   $_patchstate_reboot

Now Load the WEB.ZIP file using below command:

[Quidway]http server load S2700SI-V100R006C05.001.WEB.ZIP

Now I am able to enable http server

Thanks!
