Hi Thank You for the answer, but can it be due to version? As in Hedex it show can have max active link of 32, but in the actual device can only have 16.

If the actual number of interfaces does not exceed the upper limit, you are advised to check whether the version is very old.

So the suggested solution is to upgrade the version yeah since the current used version was created around 2015

The 2015 version is very old. The Eth-Trunk problem will be fixed in the version update. You are advised to upgrade the device version.
