Hi, Support Team


I have a problem. Error displayed on VCMapp.


Here's what I did.

1. Logged in the VCM app page to enter the vehicle search page and found the search and reset button couldn’t be displayed.


2. We used the google chrome browser.


3. Switched to the IE browser and confirmed the VCM app web page was normal.


Please help.

According to the product document, the browser must be 32- or 64-bit Internet Explorer 10 or 11.

You are kindly advised to refer to the product documentation to complete IE settings.

1. Confirmed the CloudIVS3000version is V100R019C10SPC120
