error code 40 when start the ar router

Hi, all!

I tried reinstall the ensp, but it didn't work, it always display the error code when start the ar router, how the solve it ?

by the way, you'd better check the virtual box version, cause the ensp is not compatible with the virtual box version 6.x
it's recommended to install the verison 5.2.x
