Symptom
After the upgrade, error code 28104011 is displayed when a user logs in to a VM from the WI.
Possible Causes
The SKs of the HDC and HDA are inconsistent.
Procedure
Step 1 Open your browser, enter http://Service plane IP address of the active ITA server:8081 to log in to FusionAccess.
Step 2 On the FusionAccess portal, choose Desktop > All VMs.
The All VMs page is displayed.
Step 3 Enter the information about a VM whose registration fails due to SK inconsistency in search criteria, and click Query.
The search result is displayed.
Step 4 Select one or multiple VMs whose authentication IDs are to be updated in the VM list, click Advance Function, and choose Update Certification Logo from the drop-down list.
Step 5 Click OK in the confirmation dialog box is displayed.
Step 6 Click Confirm in the success dialog box is displayed.
Step 7 Choose Task to view the task execution status.
The task is executed successfully when its state changes to Success.
Step 8 Start the VM and check whether the VM is registered.
l If yes, no further action is required.
l If no, contact Huawei technical support.
