Issue description
Users are not able to add new IP phone to eSight.

Handling process
1. Checked the setting on the IP phone.
2. Check the eSight server is configured correctly.
3. Reboot the IP phone.
4. Check if there are any license issues.
Root cause
It may due to an eSight bug issue.
Suggestions
Check the eSight version for the latest firmware.
