Error accessing network devices in to U2000

Hello Dears,

I have installed the U2000 and using the autodiscovery devices in the client U2000, and it looks like this

All looks good, but the problem is here.

The alarms cannot synchronize.

So, when I open the SSH connection

I don't understand, why the device can synchronize? but I cannot log in to the device.

Please help me!

Check whether the problem is caused by the proxy service,
Modify the acl_client_rule.cfg file in U2000\server\etc\porttrunking\，add the ACL of 0.0.0.0/0 to the system proxy service.
