A client fails to initiate a multimedia meeting. Error 131 occurs.
Possbile reason:
Error 131 indicates that authentication times out when the client connects to the Meeting MS. The possible causes are as follows:
1. The SIP trunk between the Meeting MS and U1900 is not configured or incorrectly configured.
2. The msrc service is disabled.
3. The network between the multimedia meeting control server and U1900 is disconnected.
4. Run the ping IP address of the U1900 command on the control server (where the eSpace Meeting MSRC Server service runs).
Solution :
1. Configure the SIP trunk between the Meeting MS and U1900.
2. Start multimedia meeting services.
3. Check the firewall configuration between the control server (msrc server) and U1900 and ensure that the network connection is proper.
