Estou tentando de minha casa conectar a vpn de minha empresa mas não consigo, simplesmente o roteador reinicia e o seguinte log:

IP: 192.168.1.1;

In this situation, for a better analysis of the issue, I suggest you to contact Huawei support from your country and send logs from the device to be analyzed.

Please use this link: http://e.huawei.com/en/service-hotline and choose your country.

After that, a service request ticket will be opened.

I will show you how to collect logs from the ONT:
step 1: Connect the PC to the ONT from LAN side.
step 2: Login to the ONT from the web page
step3: Access System Tools -> User log
step4: Download and View Logs -> Download Log File.

You can also get debug-log and collect fault information from the page Debug Log and Fault Info Collect.
