Hi, why is the value of equivalent trees planted under Environmental Benefits in Fusionsolar does not update though the PV energy yield is increase? The value remains as 1.

Hello, friend.

You are advised to check whether your FusionSolar version is the latest. If the version is the latest but the content still cannot be displayed, the FusionSolar display may be faulty. You are advised to contact the PV center. You can send an email to the following email address to describe your problem and attach your SN.

China and Asia Pacific: solarservice@huawei.com

I refer to fusion solar web page so I guess it should always be the latest. The number of equivalent trees planted is displayed but not updated. I believe other users face the same issue
