2.3 Setting PLMN Information and Lock PLMN
Procedure
Step 1 Enter *#*#386#*#* in the dialing interface to enter engineering mode.
Step 2 Choose 2.TMO Related.
Step 3 Choose 6.Set PLMN as shown in Figure 2-8.

Step 4 Choose 7.set LOCKPLMN as shown in Figure 2-9.
