Enterprise network configuration translation convertion tool

Hi, is Enterprise network configuration translation convertion tool available somewhere ?

It is stated in WLAN AC, FIT AP, FAT AP, Cloud AP V200R019C10 (2021-07-20) that  I must use to convert configuration of AC6005.


"To convert the configuration file of V200R003 to the configuration file of V200R006, first upgrade the device in V200R003 to V200R005. After that, run the save command in the user view to obtain the configuration file of V200R005, and use Enterprise network configuration translation to convert it to the configuration file of V200R006.

Currently, no translation tool is configured on the enterprise network. If a translation configuration is required, please contact your local office or TAC for assistance.

In the document it states
"Enterprise network configuration translation is an online tool available on Huawei's Tool Application Market. You can visit ServiceTurbo Cloud at https://serviceturbo-cloud.huawei.com/, click Tool Application Market, search for Enterprise network configuration translation, and use this tool online. For details, see the operation guide and support scope on the Enterprise network configuration translation page."

But I see that it is not available at this adress https://serviceturbo-cloud.huawei.com/
I suppose it could be retired...
