eNSP is prohibited for download by "regular users". If you can't download it - ask your local Huawei staff for help. Or you can go for Huawei learning. Routing and switching and security will use eNSP for learning and you can get it there.

If you are not able to download ensp from that page, you are kinldy advised to contact with the local channel engineers or huawei engineers to get the software.
