Hello. I have a problem with the S5700 switch in eNSP, the switch did not start and only I can see "####" in console terminal as you can see in the following image:

ensp

I went to the subdrectory folder where eNSP is installed and I found a log  file called Conserver_xxxxx.log in: AppData/Local/eNSP/log and I found the following error:

ERROR]08:24:14 【StartDeviceThreadFunc】 Failed to upload resource cfg file.

[ERROR]09:40:36 【StartDeviceThreadFunc】 Failed to upload resource cfg file.

[ERROR]13:10:01 【StartDeviceThreadFunc】 Failed to upload resource cfg file.

[ERROR]14:17:59 【StartDeviceThreadFunc】 Failed to upload resource cfg file.

[ERROR]14:18:21 【StartDeviceThreadFunc】 Failed to upload resource cfg file.

[ERROR]16:21:38 【StartDeviceThreadFunc】 Failed to upload resource cfg file.

[ERROR]16:37:32 【StartDeviceThreadFunc】 Failed to upload resource cfg file.

it looks like the switch could not load its configuration. how can I resolve this problem?

This is a basic device and it does not have a virtual image in virtualbox. Right now I am using eNSP v1.3.00 with virtualbox v5.2.38.

By the way: any news about the new version of eNSP?

Thanks for your help in advanced.

Regards.

The same problem for s5700. 2nd solution didn't help but I could run it via cmd. Is there some other solution?

Have you checked the configuration through the eNSP help guide? Such as the loopback interface of the system.

BTW, the new eNSP is now under alpha test, I'm not sure when will it be released.
