Hi there! Can you please help me to resolve my issue with eNSP switches? By the way, Routers start well.

So here is my system's description: Windows 10 Pro Version 1803 OS build 17134.407

Installed software related to eNSP:

Oracle VM VirtualBox 5.2.30 177.32 MB 5.2.30 64-bit

eNSP V1.3.00.100 2.16 GB 1.3.00.100 64-bit

WinPcap 4.1.3 234.42 KB 4.1.0.2980 32-bit

Npcap 0.99-r9 742.85 KB 0.99-r9 32-bit
Wireshark 3.0.0 64-bit 175.29 MB 3.0.0 32-bit

When I start eNSP switch, for example, S3700 and open the CLI the hash line (####) is going forever. I noticed in task manager that process named eNSP_Switch.exe is flapping.

Here is the description for the event from Windows Logger that is repeating when eNSP_Switch is flapping:

Files mentioned in the C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER\Temp\ is disappearing right away, I cannot catch them.

Maybe someone knows a way to get those files in windows like it can be possible in Linux with "inotify"

So any ideas, why my eNSP switch does not start?

Thanks, I've reported this to the R&D guys.

Please check if you have enabled the CPU virtualazation in BIOS.

If yes, maybe you can try to re-register the device on eNSP.

You can try to run the VM in compatible mode.
Find virtualbox.exe and VBoxManage.exe in the installation path of the virtualbox, set their Properties: compatibility, run this program in compatibility mode for Windows 7 and select the checkbox: Run this program as an administrator.
