eNSP issue - can't start NE40 devices

Hi, all!


This post enquires an eNSP issue - can't start NE40 devices. Please see more details as you read further down.

ISSUE DESCRIPTION


Can you please help on the issue I am facing with eNSP?

 

I can’t start the NE40 devices – those are loading forever.


Huawei NE40


If it helps, the eNSP version I am running is v1.3.00.200T, operating system is Windows 10 and the virtual machine version is v5.2.18.

By the way, your eNSP is not a released version, maybe it's a bug in the alpha version,
