       Good day to you.

       At the moment, I'm experiencing with eNSP error. Routers, firewalls and switches are not booting for a very long time and never they are. It's going like this. Could you please tell me why.

Hey there!


1. The Win10 1703 system is not compatible with eNSP and VBox. It is recommended to roll back the system version or create a Win7 virtual environment.


2. For other systems, please refer to the help file FAQ: How to Solve the Problem of Switch Start Failure?

Is there a Kaspersky like anti-virus software? Uninstall try.
If you still can not work, you can send a screenshot of the error phenomenon.

I disable my anti-virus (AVG). But it does not work. Thank you.
