eNSP devices not working after Windows 10 update

Handling Process

Using the troubleshooting steps provided in eNSP help for device failing to start do not give any results.
The next step was to investigate Windows 10 Anniversary compatibility with eNSP and required components (VirtualBox, Wireshark, WinPcap).

Root Cause

It was discovered that the version of VirtualBox 5.0.16 included with eNSP 1.2.00.390 is not fully compatible with Windows 10 1607 (Anniversary update).
On the other hand, the latest release for VirtualBox v5.1 is not compatible with eNSP 1.2.00.390.

Solution

A compatible version of VirtualBox branch 5.0 is needed. Versions 5.0.24, 5.0.26 and 5.0.28 are confirmed to be working.
If eNSP is not yet installed, first install a compatible VirtualBox, then install eNSP without the included VirtualBox.
If eNSP has already been installed, first uninstall VirtualBox 5.0.16 then install a compatible version.
If needed, remove the old base images from VirtualBox and register devices from eNSP Menu>Tools?Register device.

Suggestions

Check compatibility with next release of eNSP.

I have windows 10 with the latest 1703 update. I have the latest eNSP version 1.2.00.500 with the latest version of Oracle Virtual Box: 5.1.20. eNSP allow emulate only one Huawei switch :(. The second switch doesn't start - getting stucked on loading (######......). Any of means given in eNSP help doesn't work (!). I turned off firewall, uninstalled any third party antivirus software and turned off Windows defender. The sypthoms remains.

same problem for me..... i found that virtual box 5.1 is not working on windows 10 so i uninstalled virtual box and installed VirtualBox-4.3.12-93733 now ensp is working correctly!!!!!

Ensp is not working correctly with Windows 10 creator 1703 update as only one switch observed to be functional. Dear Huawei eNSP support team, please release an update of eNSP for windows 10 creator 1703 update.

It seems like I have the exact same problem. I've done everything mentioned before and nothing seems to be working. I really don't know what to do

It finally worked for me. As I said I've tried everything but absolutely nothing works. All I did was I rolled back to the previous version of windows, so I deleted the updates and now it works perfectly
