eNSP console freeze

While I am trying to make some configurations , CLI freezes and does not allow me to write anything.


I shared an example in attachments. I tried to change the IP address of router but it freezes and does not change the IP address.


How can I fix this ? Thank you.

Please confirm the following steps

1. Check whether an error message is displayed during command configuration. If yes, upload a screenshot of the error message.

2. Run the display ip interface brief command.

1. I dont get any error messages. I am using the "Router" in the router tab. But it pops up an info.(eNSP don't maintained this device anymore, just keep it)
2. I run the command,it is same. No change in configurations.

Can I have more information, I need more information to judge. Because I don't see the problem in the picture now.

I will explain my steps.
1.start router , open console.
2. sys
3. interface ethernet0/0/0
4. ip address 192.168.1.1 255.255.255.0
then when I press Enter, console freezes. It drops me to the <Huawei>. No change in IP address of ethernet0/0/0

If you exit the huawei interface after configuring the command, I think there is a problem. Check whether the ENSP can be restarted. Then try the configuration.

You can refer to the ensp installation video released by me or the installation video released by forum users. Maybe it'll help.
