eNSP_Client.exe - Entry point not found

Hi everyone, it's my first post here and i can't able to read all the forum rules yet, Sorry...

I'm in trouble since last week to run eNSP last version B390 that was publicated in 2016-05-28, while the installation goes on everything goes alright, i've installed with the three programs that i'm supposed (Oracle VirtualBox, WinPCap and GlassFish) and following the rest of the steps automatically, since then the installation ends and when i'm gonna run the aplication it shows this screen (My software is in portuguese):

It says that the PacketGetVersion procedure entry point can't founded at the dynamic link packet.dll library, since so, the program doesn't entry. I've the packet.dll file already in my folder as follows in the pic but same so the error keeps the same... What am i supposed to do to fix it?!

After installing WinPcap and wireshark, make sure that the system directory contains packet.dll
C: \ Windows \ SysWOW64
C: \ Windows \ System32

i've tried to reinstall again the software and the error persists on... i wonder why what is wrong but i can't able to find the problem

please put the packet.dll into vboxserver directory(C:\install dir\eNSP\vboxserver). try iteNSP_Client.exe - Entry point not found-2192727-1
