Got it

eNSP can not start switches, stuck at “Device running!" and provide me with hashes

Hello,

I can't start any devices router/switches in eNSP, the device just keep feeding me with hash-tags for ever.

The only device that seems to work is the device simply L2 switch, the same problem occurs with all the other routers, for example AR1220.

Anyone encountered the same thing and perhaps know a resolution to this problem?

Kind regards

It is recommended to uninstall ensp, clear the installation directory under the residue, re-install the ensp500 try.
If it is win10 1703 system, can refer to: win10 1703 system can not start multiple device solutions: http: //support.huawei.com/huaweiconnect/enterprise/thread-417863.html
