eNSP AR 40 error solution

Something about eNSP AR 40 error.

1、The problems arise when install VirtualBox newer version before, then install older version as 5.2.26 again;

2、VirtualBox error message show because network, but you can't solve;

3、Do not waste time try to solve this, do not waste time try to clean up VirtualBox manually;

4、The only solution is system reinstall, then install VirtualBox 5.2.26.

5、Another solution is uninstall VirtualBox, then upgarde windows system as from 1909 to 2004.

That's all.
