Hi!

If the help documentation doesn't work, you can also try the following steps.

1. Run with Win7 compatibility.

Open the VBox installation directory, set VirtualBox.exe and VBoxManage.exe to Win7 compatibility mode and check the program to Run this program as an administrator.

Open the eNSP installation directory, set eNSP_Client.exe and eNSP_VBoxServer.exe in the vboxsever folder to the Win7 compatibility mode and check Run this program as an administrator.

2. Change the version of the VBox, like 5.2.X.
