Hi dear,

there are some common causes about your issue:

1. The network between the device and eSight is disconnected.

2. The SNMP configuration on the device is incorrect.

3. The setting of SNMP timeout interval is incorrect.

You can check it as below steps:

1. Check the current network configuration. For example, check whether the device and eSight can ping each other. If the link between eSight and the device is reachable uni-directionally, configure the corresponding route.

2. Check whether the SNMP configuration on the device is correct.

2.1 Telnet to the device failing to be synchronized.

2.2 Run the display current-configuration | include snmp command to check the device configuration.

SNMP

3. Check the SNMP timeout interval setting.

Access the NE Explorer, choose Protocol Parameters > SNMP Parameters in the navigation tree, and check the timeout interval. If the interval is too short, set it to a larger value, for example, 60s.

4. If the fault persists after the preceding operations, contact Huawei engineers.

Of course, you are advised to replace the southbound certificate for connecting base stations and core networks to ensure service security.

Certificate update and certificate restoration will cause a short-lived device disconnection. Perform the operation with caution.

The detailed procedures are as follows:

  1. Choose Resource > eLTE > eLTE System Settings > Certificate Management from the main menu.

  2. Update a certificate file.

    1. Set Device type to eNodeB/coreNetwork based on the site requirements.

    2. Click the icon next to Root certificateServer certificate, and Server private key respectively. In the window that is displayed, select the prepared certificate file and click Open.

    3. Click Update Certificate.

    4. In the displayed dialog box, click Yes.

  3. (Optional) Restore the certificate.

    1. Set Device type to which you want to restore the certificate file.

    2. Click Restore Last or Restore Factory.
