| Product user | — | End users that have bought Huawei product(s). |
| Maintenance user | — | Users that have bought vendor maintenance directly from Huawei. |
| Partner engineer | Channel partner | Independent entities or companies in contractual relationship with Huawei for selling and providing service for Huawei Enterprise products. |
| Service partner | Service partners authorized and supervised by Huawei to provide service and support to Huawei Enterprise customers in specified regions. | |
| Huawei authorized learning partner | Professional training agencies evaluated and supervised by Huawei to execute certification and training programs of Huawei. | |
| Student | Student | Users who have been associated to certain Huawei course on the Enterprise website. A student may be a channel partner engineer, a trainer of HALP, an enterprise customer or from the general public. |
