Root cause of the alarm


A registration failure is detected.


Effect on system


The call cannot be set up, as the endpoint fails to connect to the network properly.


Way to troubleshoot


1. Check whether the endpoint connects to the network properly by checking the network connection icon on the remotely controlled UI, or checking the network information on the system status page. If no, connect the endpoint to the network.


2. Check the network between the local address and GK address. Perform the ping operation on the system diagnosis page and verify that the endpoint connects to the GK properly.
