Thank you for your reminder.

Q1, After reading the 10G PON information suite, do you know Huawei's 10G PON solution? If not, what do you suggest to add?
The information suite is full enough to understand the basic concepts of the 10G PON technology. I found some answers about things that I want to read about – first of all it is the security and disabling the rogue ONUs.

Q2, After watching the  video, do you think that the video format and current content display are helpful for understanding? If not, what is your suggestion?
You have better video in your database. It is hard for me to hear one language and read another language. And both of them aren’t my native language.

The last video is to fast – I wasn’t able to read all the subtitles.

I suggest to translate videos to other languages. You could do that by recording the presentations on some your “real world” activities. You have lectors there who speak to the auditory about new technologies – make a video copy of that. I think that it can work.

Q3, Is your current network a GPON or 10G PON network? If the GPON network is used, can the current information suite meet the requirements for the evolution from GPON to 10G PON? If not, what is your suggestion?
I use Ethernet networks and in that case PON technology didn’t for me in my work. But as user I know about it much more with your activities. This is good.

When I start to discover this documents I remember the last year activity about GPON and it help to me.

Q4, How do you usually get information? What kind of information do you prefer?

Usually I try to find text documents. Because while reading them I can go back and recheck something fast then in video. But some simple things or things that require graphic representation can be watched in video. I think that video can be better if it is in native language and if it shows graphical information with explaining of it.

Hi,

Q1, After reading the 10G PON information suite, do you know Huawei's 10G PON solution? If not, what do you suggest to add?

I have knowledge about the concept of PON technology, the information is comprehensive to understand the basic concepts of 10G PON technology for new ones, they can get detailed information.
I recommend you to detail more the concept of security, to add references to allow the new ones to deepen the knowledge and also to share the architecture.

Q2, After watching the <GIGABIT Ultra-Broadband 10G PON Solution> video, do you think that the video format and current content display are helpful for understanding? If not, what is your suggestion?

The video format is very good, I noticed that some information is repeated several times while sometimes the information goes too fast, I recommend working on the arrangement.
It is difficult to hear one language and read all the subtitles with another language. I suggest translating videos into other languages.

Q3, Is your current network a GPON or 10G PON network? If the GPON network is used, can the current information suite meet the requirements for the evolution from GPON to 10G PON? If not, what is your suggestion?

Our network is now GPON, As a partner with Huawei we will migrate to the 10G PON technology in the future especially as Huawei provides smooth migration solutions from GPON to 10G PON.

Q4, How do you usually get information? What kind of information do you prefer?

I often watch videos to understand the concept indeed some information requiring a graphical representation that can be viewed on video, so I read the pdf or hdx documents in order to get all the details. So, in my opinion, videos are a source of valuable information, but should not take the place of documents.
I suggest sharing the same thing via social media.

Thanks
