Encountered a Problem that MA5616 Could Not Obtain the User's Modem MAC Address

Hello everyone!


MA5616 is currently in use, and the user link status is normal, but the MAC address cannot be obtained, and the user cannot use PPPoE dial-up. It doesn't work if I change a few cats. When I change to a new cat, I can get the MAC address once, and then change to another port. Other users on the same board are normal.

Turn off MAC spoofing, turn off all MAC address restrictions, and restart the device still does not work. I don't know what went wrong. 

I tried connecting the cat directly from the port, it should not be a problem of line attenuation.

Dear friend!
If you switch to an ONT, you can obtain the MAC address at one time, indicating that the MA5616 is normal.
Please check whether the connected ONT is faulty, it is recommended to restore this ONT to factory settings, and then try to connect MA5616 again.
