This post relates to the procedure of enabling the camera NTP time synchronization. Please follow the below steps.
1. Log in to the OMU portal of the VCN as the admin user.
2. Choose
3. Select the server that the camera needs to access, set the Module name to SCU and the Parameter type to System property and click Search.
4. In the search results, click Edit in the row where Parameter Name is NTPIPC and set the Value to 1.
5. Click Save to enable the camera NTP time synchronization function.
6. After the camera NTP time synchronization function is enabled, the camera, after being connected to the server, will automatically time-synchronize with the server.
